Clean the Slate
Restore your body's structure, movement, and breath back to its restful and ready state. Our low-intensity bodyweight training promotes healthy joints, soft tissues, and re-ignites youthful neuromuscular pathways lost from sedentary living.
If you're like me and years of abusing your body have stacked up try this course and see if you can feel better like I do. Five stars easy!!!
Technique first. Technique is #1.
Sharpening your skills means more of your efforts go toward positive adaptation. Our bodies were designed to move in multiple planes of motion and rotation. Develop functional strength that transfers to your sport and daily activities. Safely and effectively learn how to use unique tools such as the Steel Mace and Clubbell in a with the only Certified Tacfit Instructor in the San Mateo Area.

Live your life with more energy. Our conditioning sessions offer safely intense training to improve your body's energy systems and fire up your metabolism. Challenge yourself through a variety of moderate-to-high intensity workouts and put your hard-earned skills to the test.
